This comfortable, purpose-built home in a residential area of Watford provides specialist care for elderly people. The home is easily accessible from junction 20 of the M25 and is near both Cassiobury Park and Watford General Hospital.
The care we offer
River Court offers specialist residential and nursing care for elderly people with dementia. Other care available includes convalescence, palliative care and respite. Day care facilities are also available at River Court. Bupa's high standards are reflected in the dedicated care given by the home's registered nurses and highly trained care assistants.

Making decisions, assessing needs and delivering care plans. We'll empower you to meet the physical, emotional and social needs of our residents and to help promote their independent living. We'll trust your experience and judgement.
Lead by example. You'll know when to delegate, how to deliver medication and the importance of maintaining high quality care documentation. You'll also help us champion dementia care and shape the care homes of the future.
