The care we offer
Harts House offers several types of stay including long-term nursing care, respite, palliative care, convalescence and post-operative care. We also specialise in care for those with Multiple Sclerosis and Parkinson's disease. We take training very seriously, and our carers have the highest NVQ achievement rate in the care sector.

Managing a care team, you'll ensure the highest standards of one-to-one care. You know how important it is to treat everyone as an individual - with dignity and respect. And, you'll make sure everyone else does too.
You'll really get to know our residents and their families. After all, we think that listening to people; building relationships and giving them your time is vital to the delivery of high quality care. So we give you that time.
Making decisions, assessing needs and delivering care plans. We'll empower you to meet the physical, emotional and social needs of our residents and to help promote their independent living. We'll trust your experience and judgement.
Lead by example. You'll know when to delegate, how to deliver medication and the importance of maintaining high quality care documentation. You'll also help us champion dementia care and shape the care homes of the future.
We value you for just being yourself and bringing your skills and experience to work with you. So, whether you're newly qualified or have wide-ranging experience, we'll support and develop you with industry leading training and help you to gain recognised qualifications such as a Diploma Degree.
