Summary of Clinical Fellow - Acute Medical Care:
MedicsPro are actively seeking a dynamic doctor for a permanent position as a Clinical Fellow in Acute Medical Care in a prestigious private hospital in Central London. This established fellowship position offers the successful candidate an opportunity to work with some of London's leading Consultants in the field of acute and general internal medicine, enhancing your existing clinical knowledge base and allowing development of your clinical diagnostic skills. Working as the acute care medical fellow you will assist the Clinical Director for Acute Care as appropriate, assess patients, assist in their care management through provision of on-going clinical review and you will be responsible for the daily clinical management and ensure collaborative working with nursing staff and other members of the multidisciplinary team.
Skills/Requirements for Clinical Fellow - Acute Medical Care:
* MBBS or equivalent
* Full GMC registration
* MRCP or evidence of working toward MCRP
* PALS
* APLS
*SHO experience in general or specialised medicine
*experience in critical care (desired)
*Experience of associated investigations and treatments for acute medical and surgical admissions
*Experience of all associated tests and treatments for pre-assessment surgical patients
*Accurate diagnosis of 'red flag' signs associated with medical emergency
*Good written and spoken English language skills
