| Description |
Swim Social Work Team are looking to recruit a Qualified Social Worker for the Older Peoples with Physical Disabilities in Hereford. This is a 2 month temporary full time position to start as soon as possible.
You need to have the following experience:
* At least three years post qualifying experience and experience within a similar role.
* Need to have Frameworki experience
You must have a current enhanced CRB, hold a Social Work qualification and be GSCC registered.
In return for your skills Swim can offer you upto 26.50 per hour.
