Registered Home Manager ( Location Cornwall )

Salary: Up to 30K

You will be a registered manager - RGN with an eye for quality and a personality which will continue to deliver timely results in a very care focussed way !

An exceptional Registered Home Manager - RGN is sought for and exceptional nursing - residential establishment excellent location accomodation could be provided - you must be RGN or NVQ level 4 and been a previous manager.

The purpose built care home provides care for the elderley in single occupancy rooms, the home provides palliative care - day care - respite care / holidays - convalescent care - physiotherapy to name but a few of the services, the establishment has an enviable reputation in terms of the portfolio of nursing homes.



You will be an effective communicator and leader - be organised - have a good understanding of P & L - and the ability to recognise your own and your teams limitations.



You will have empathy and deliver excellent nursing standards - you will consider everyone as an individual - have an appreciation and empathy for the residents.



You will maintain excellent communication - carry out QA checks - address and staffing issues - alleviate concerns - manage effectively with a hands on approach.



Induct mentor and develop in line with company protocol every member of the team encouraging development and celebrating where neccesary milestones that are achieved.



Ensure compliance with current Health & Safety legislation and uphold the NMC code of conduct.



Monitor attendance and performance of staff, conduct annual appraisals in a fair and constructive way - be the nurse in charge as part of your duties - attend mandatory training as required and continue with your own and your taems CPD.



You will be an integral part of the management team and as such will have contact with other senior and junior team members to discuss strategies within your home.



You will facilitate meetings and you will also continue to strive to provide excellence to what is an allready outstanding etsablishment.
