| Description |
Swim Social Work Team are looking to recruit a Qualified Social Workers for the Adults Hospital team based in Hereford. This is a 6 week minimum vacancy.
You need to have the following experience:
* At least two years post qualifying experience and experience within a similar role.
* Experience of Safeguarding. Hospital Discharge, Delayed Discharge and MDT Working.
You must have a current enhanced CRB, hold a Social Work qualification and be GSCC registered.
In return for your skills Swim can offer you upto 26.50 per hour.
