| Description |
Swim Social Work Team are looking to recruit a Qualified Social Worker for the Hospital team based in Worcester. This is a 2 month temporary full time position to start as soon as possible. The Hospital position is working with adults and people with physical disability. Must be competent with Mental Capacity Assessments , Continuing Healthcare assessments, adult assessment, putting packages of care in place. You need to have the following experience:
* At least three years post qualifying experience and experience within a similar role.
You must have a current enhanced CRB, hold a Social Work qualification and be GSCC registered.
