Swim Social Work Recruitment are looking to recruit an experienced Social Worker to join an Adults Team based in Southwark. This is a full time role for the next month.
You must hold GSCC registration and have substantial post qualification experience. The client will not accept CV's if you do not hold this registration/experience, so please apply if applicable.
Your job will be;
*To provide appropriate casework supervision for Assessment/Care Management staff within the Team through the use of planned and regular individual and group sessions.
*To ensure a high standard of practice and to assist in the formulation and successful implementation of agreed care plans for clients.
*Carry an agreed caseload of complex cases and those requiring a high level of professional input.
*Oversee and support the duty system as appropriate within the Team.
*To provide case management of on-going case work where appropriate.
*In conjunction with the Practice Manager, to encourage and develop a learning climate in the Team.
*To provide consultation, advice and support on a daily basis to all Assessment/Care Management staff.
*To undertake a lead role in the Team in relation to agreed service developments.
*Chair meetings and reviews as appropriate to the work of the Team.
*To attend staff meetings, supervision and training as required including participation in the Personal Development System.
