Keen, energetic, self motivated HCA’s required for active home care role in Plymouth
Working within the clients own home, assisting them with daily activities, including an active social life and attending university.
The client has complex health care needs including a tracheostomy.
You will be working with the client and a colleague promoting and maintaining his independence.
Full training and support will be given to all team members with ongoing clinical supervision and regular team meetings.
Ideally we are looking for staff that have experience working within clients homes and / or experience of working with clients with complex care needs
We would also welcome applications from those working within other areas of health care looking to move in to complex care within the community setting.
You should be able to work a minimum of 3 shifts a week in a combination of days and nights. There are always two members of staff on duty at any one time.

The ideal candidates will have a minimum of 6 months experience in the past two years with clients with complex care requirements, either in their own homes or in hospital with/ working towards a NVQ level 3
