Thornbury Nursing Services are looking for Care Assistants to work within in our Home Care Ventilation in Southend on Sea.
Requirements of the role â€"
Provide all personal care to the client
Trachyostomy care including suctioning
Catheter care
Regular manual handling tasks/duties
Medication management
Social activities with the client
Full training is provided for the complex needs of the client with regular updates.
You will already have experience healthcare experience and be happy to work a flexible shift pattern that includes days and nights.
